Day 3 This Is Love

We have been on BodyBiVi now for 3 days. Everyone in the family is on a schedule and sticking to it. They have gotten creative and making some very interesting shakes for their meals. The most important thing? They are full, and the one meal they do it is very small. I'm impressed! 

For myself and my daughter. We have added Sculpt & Firm, Firming Spray, and my daughter has deep stretch marks, so she is using the Stretch Mark Creme too. 

I am very impressed with the different recipes available, plus the creativity of how well you can design your own. We are all on a set schedule. Breakfast and Lunch is a shake. Then we eat one meal at night. For snack we have the Peanut Butter Cookies from BodyBiVi. By the time dinner rolls around, everyone has been saying "mom, make it small." That's the best news I've ever heard! 

What I love is the ability to tighten and firm the loose skin so that as I'm losing weight, I'm also firming the skin. So, there is no sagging skin when I'm at my goal weight. This has been so impressive.
