Apply the nail polish of your choice. Allow to dry. After applying the second coat of Nail Polish, attach the decal tip and allow to dry. Apply our clear layer over top of the decal, once the polish has dried and allow 15 min to dry before putting those hands to use. Depending on how much you use your hands. Depends on how quickly the decals will come off. Good for teens when they want to play with nails regularly. Great for those ladies who don't do much regarding house chores. Not to be funny.
