SAD

My previous blog describes what SAD is, and how it can affect you. Also, I explained the highlights of how to treat the disorder.  What you don't know, is I have suffered from this disorder for more than 10yrs.  2013 was my time to change my life. I'll be 41 in March, and if I don't change my ways? Well, we all know that after 40? It's half of your life over, on average.

Don't place anymore chemicals in your body than necessary. Fresh fruits, and vegetables are healthier and happier way to change. Since the beginning of this year, I have incorporated water aerobics 3x a week, with every morning starting my day with Slim & 6, stretching. Before bed is a hearty cardio workout, then it's sit down, relax and take Beauty Control charge! I've been sleeping better. My mind is more focused at work. It feels so much better! It can be the same for you, but you have to be dedicated!
