Every Day Needs, Wants & Desires

Hello all my Blooger Friends! Am I very excited to be back. I took off for a bit to re-examine my life, my business, and most of all, what can I do, with my blog, every day to give you insight, knowledge and motivation. Wow! What a brainstorm affect did that give me! I know your ready to hear what's new, old and coming up. Let's get started? 

In life we teach our kids. There are needs, wants, and desires. What should come first? Of course, needs! Most teens these days, as I have watched these past few weeks, do not really understand this concept. As a parent, are we doing our job to prepare them for proper living, and not a setup to fail. I believe most parents are too busy to take time with their children. To teach them this concept, and learning about how to save for their future. The question to parents is, why are you waiting to show them? 

Most 18yr olds have not worked one day. Mom and Dad have done all the providing, and kids have lived sheltered. Many of you will take offense and say, No, I've made my child work since the age of 16. That would be a wonderful comment to hear. It tells us that maybe more kids are prepared, but are they really? Have you watched how they spend their money? Have you showed them how to save for their future? Have you showed them how to put back money "in case of." Have you only made them focus on college? Have you told them to look and focus on all their options in life? 

Many people look down on those of us who Network Market. Yet, Network Marketing is the #1 source of outside income while they go to College. 1/4 of all College Students who Network Market while in College, have left College debt free! As well, have the network marketing industry as their first source of income, and walk out at age 22 Millioniares. They grasp the concept and idea, and made it work because they worked it. Everyday they made an outline of who and when they were going to speak to people. They took the Network Marketing Industry serious, and made something stable for their life. Or did they!  

I took my daughter last week to meet with Financial Advisors. She's 18yrs old, and will graduate in May 2015. She has grasped the concept of needs, wants and desires. Now is the time to think about her future, and how not to deviate off the path. She took an hour and a half crash course on Mutual Funds. Flooded with information on why & when it is imperative to start today on planning for the safety of her future. She has some thinking to do.  Yet. I'm not complete. There are more people to meet. AG Edwards, Merrill Lynch and many more. Lesson is, never put your eggs all in one basket. Give them options with knowledge. Hence the reason why we parents should support their future, and guide them to a safe, and secure future. We support our 4 Children; ages 22, 21, 18, & 16. Two are into Network Marketing, and promoting themselves from what their College Education gave them opportunities to. They didn't waste time on making money, and meeting their educational needs. They were prepared, and have met with their Financial Advisors as well. What opportunities have you truly given your child(ren). 

It's not too late for we parents as well. We can take simple lessons from our children. Are you open to ideas, and where your going? First plan, why are you starting this business? What are your goals, and your ultimate success marks?  When is the best time to market your idea? How are you going to start it up? If you haven't watched "Shark Tank", it's a huge suggestion from me personally. Never start your business with a loan.  If you cannot begin your business with your own money, then you wait until you can. You want to owe no one, but yourself. You want to pay no one, but yourself. Not a bank, or a family member. Especially family. The possibility that you don't work your business every day? Is set up for failure. 

Beginning my own Coffee Business was scary. NO LIE! Everyone drinks coffee that I know. So, why would they drop their store bought brand, for my Gourmet Premoum Brand? Then it hit me. They are buying Coffee every week. It's on their grocery list. So, it's a must have in the grocery list, right? Keep in mind that your Gourmet Coffee drinkers, of today, are ages 16-25, and most of those are Starbucks drinkers. The next question I had to ask myself, why Starbucks? It has so many Calories, Sugar, and Preservatives. As most of that group are on some type of health kick. Again I ask, why Starbucks? The answer is simple! It's the popular "Hang Out Spot."..... 

Questions began arising in my mind. How do I get them to try a Healthier, Organic Coffee? The source to that answer? Show them the savings of money. This age group is all about the mighty dollar. We desired to show this age group how to save, and still have their Coffee. Only on a Healthier note, with more Natural Energy, and the Healing of their body from the inside out. 

On average the age group of 16-25 years of age, spends $15-$20 a week on Starbucks. Those of you who buy Store Bought Coffee are thinking these kids are insane! Question is, did you know your kid was doing this every week? We can tell you from our research over the past three weeks. 2 out of 5 High School Junior/Seniors are grabbing a Starbucks every morning before school. At 5 days a week, that is an average of $25. For $28.50, they can make their own form of Starbucks Coffee, and that will be what they spent for the entire month. Compared to their monthly expense of $100 for Starbucks, early morning drive-thru. In our 3 week research, we were told that Starbucks kids are the "upper crowd of Coffee". As much as we had to laugh. Our mission was to research the desire, the want and the need for this style of Coffee. We believe that it is a Coffee for anyone that wants to "treat" themselves. Out of 3 places noted for this group. Starbucks was #1, McDonalds #2, and Subway #3. What's the difference and why? Everyone explained that if they could afford Starbucks, they would go there. Our McDonald Coffee Drinkers explained that it was just good enough to get them started on their day, and it fit their pocketbook. Hmm......

We returned with our notes. Each person we spoke to said they would love to try our Coffee. They would take our videos and our FREE Sample, and make a cup of a coffee, just as we instructed. Then, give us feed back this week. We are excited! As we have heard from a fourth of them already. Update To ADD/ADHD

We first came to you with our 16 year old and our new find of Organo Gold infused with Ganoderma for the treatment to his ADD/OD.

Experienced Pain From Shingles?

What are Shingles? The Chickenpox virus, clearly put. Early signs and symptoms are headache, Flu-Like Symptoms, and Pain followed by a bumpy rash. This is shingles. Atypically staying to the left of the body or to the right of the body. 

Shingles can appear in multiple areas of the body, if not properly monitored. They can start on the left side of the body, starting on the back, and wrap to the front. To include the left side back, trunk, and chest. If not careful with treatment, they can follow on up into the eye. 

This will be the WORST pain ever to experience. Normally through Dr treatment, it will take up to 3 weeks to heal. Here is my personal testimony. 

I break out in shingles at least 2 times a month if not properly taking prescribed meds. What many do not understand? Those meds build up in your system over time. Acyclovir is atypically used, or Valtrex. Valtrex is not usually covered with most Insurances. Over 5 years ago, as my Leukemia became more prevalent, so did my Shingle outbreak. Every 2 weeks I was breaking out. My regime became 1 tablet, twice a day; and when breakout, increase to 5 times a day. Acyclovir is very harsh on the stomach, and it is cause for consistent Diahrrea. This past year, I read up on the Ancient Chinese Herb, Ganoderma.

Are You Where You Want To Be

Graduating High School back in my day, we just knew we had made the right decision on our careers after College. Did we? 

Kids are graduating these days and they honestly have NO Idea what they want to do. So many choices in careers, yet they listen to how they spend all this money on College with potential to not have the job they so desired. 

Some, not all, see themselves as FREE Enterprise.  Working for themselves and many are becoming Millionaires before the age of 21. Why? They have desire, determination, young, nothing to lose, freedom. I know your telling yourself. I have desire, determination and I want freedom. See the difference? 

WAIT! Don't let that get you down. Your running this all through your head. I have a family now, stable paycheck, and I'm not as young as I used to be. I have desire for more, I have been determined to provide better, what if this really grows, and I've quit my job. Then I have no stable paycheck. I see FEAR! 

Even though you have FEAR. That's ok! No one asks you to quit your job. No one asked you to give up hope that you can have better and do both. There are people, everyday that goes to a 9-5 job. Work their desires and wants on the weekends, or at night and the weekends. Either way? When your desire and determination out weigh your FEAR? You have nowhere else to go but up!

See, sometimes we dream, and we never put those dreams to real use. Simply because we are not committed enough to those dreams. The question remains, do goals make your dreams a reality? What drives you to meet those goals? What stops you? 

What drives you to meet your goals to success, and makes your dreams a reality? YOU! It was desired, it was thought about every moment of every day. You worked and did all it took to get there. You had a goal in place and you took that all the way to it's ultimate point. Dream became Reality!

When the journey began for this Community, and my Companies. It began with a thought, a vision, and a completed plan, right to my ultimate goals and dreams. Bumps & bruises come with the territory. I wasn't afraid to go thru them. I knew they would occur. What you don't plan on is the severity, and how you will get back up. Nothing ever goes as planned. It CAN work! We all fall, but God allows us to fall for a reason. We pick ourselves right back up. Keep moving forward, and we don't allow fear to step in our path. 

Life is like being on an obstacle course. You have highs and lows. You have some curves, and you have some speed ahead of you. Then you will eventually get slapped with the crash. That's ok! You pick right back up. You get your thoughts together, and you get right back on that obstacle course.

FEAR! Are You Afraid?

Fear is something that lives inside everyone. Whether we want to acknowledge it or not. It exists within us. Why do we allow it to take us over? Do we allow it to hold us back? Hold us back from our dreams and our goals? Fear is an excuse. An excuse to say, "I'm afraid of failure."

Failure is how we grow as a person. If we did not fail, at something, we wouldn't know how to respond, nor learn from it. Why do we allow it to run our lives? Because it's much more simple to live behind it than face it. It's better than hearing, "oh I heard you failed at that." "Yes, I failed, but here is what I learned." Failure is fear with Growth as a person. 

I was fired from my job in January of 2014. Did I fear I wouldn't get another job? NO! I feared where I was going and where I was going next. I literally stayed at home for 4 weeks in fear of leaving my home, to look for another job. Why? Did I really have the ability to do Nursing anymore. After reading a book on "Think & Grow Rich." I completely understood. I was placing myself in fear and setting myself up for failure. Why? It was how I was training my mind to think. By the way, the book is NOT at all about what you believe, just from the title. It's a self help book. To make you think about who you truly are. Are you a Thomas Edison? Or, are you a driven person with motives to know how to bring yourself out of that house, and make things happen? I don't know about you. I learned quickly that I'm capable of anything! I allowed a company to place FEAR into my known abilities. I was fired for missing a snow day. Yes! A SNOW day! 

I quickly picked myself up. I learned everything I could about Network Marketing, Social Media, and Building Relationships! Now! I'm a $5000 earner a month in OG. I'm not even done yet. 

I was sitting here re-reading the book. I thought to myself. Why am I limiting my potential? Why am I not out there promoting multiple Health & Wellness programs? Why am I wasting time? Time is Energy, & Energy is Money! 

It's so easy to critique yourself and criticize yourself. That will get you NOWHERE. That's FEAR taking control over you, and your dreams. Question is, WHY! 

Start TODAY! Thinking about how YOU can better YOU, & YOUR FAMILY. What is it that YOU want to do with your life? If your 100% Satisfied with how your life is, and your not into CHANGE. Then this is not for you. If you are NOT HAPPY with your life, and DESIRE more. I suggest you re-evaluate your life. I reflect every Wednesday  just on myself. Why? To take a look at what I'm doing. I want to be better than who I am. I want to be out there improving myself everyday. Helping someone achieve a goal. 

We have to admit that 20yrs ago, our lives were much simpler. Now, getting the BEST BANG FOR OUR BUCK, is KEY! How many of you out there competitive shop with an APP? How many of you are competitively couponing? 

My first week of grocery shopping, and I competitively store shopped. I did a good job, but it could have been better. It took me hours to find out that I needed to go to 3 different stores to SAVE money on our food consumption. WASTE OF TIME & EXPENDED ENERGY. WASTE OF GAS! All to SAVE? $7.25

Next time I grocery shop, it will be with couponing. Coupons are ready to be printed. Printing them off later today. All coupons are good until end of October. Catcher? Right off the bat? INK, GAS, TIME. EXPENDED ENERGY! 

I DONT WANT TO LIVE THIS WAY! I get it! Many of you will never step outside that "comfort zone." I understand. I can't influence everyone to see and understand what I so proudly believe in. What I CAN do? Is share the knowledge. When your sick & tired, like me, and don't want to live the way you are currently? I can tell you that I will be right here! I will NEVER turn anyone away from wanting, desiring to do better for themselves.

DONT LIVE IN FEAR! Not one more day! It's time to ENJOY life. I was at once where you are today. Thanks to my husband, and his spirits lifting me to whole new levels. I would STILL be LIVING IN FEAR.

Are You A Leader?

Do you have that Burning Desire to give you and your family MORE out of Life? Commitment

Commitment and dedication was all I needed! I was not placing all my confidence into ME! 

I was reading a motivational book. (will release the name soon) Last nights read took me to a whole new level in how to be financially free, and no longer suffer from paycheck to paycheck. How to end my husbands daily weight of taking care of this family. 

As I continued to read and let my mind flow. We have an amazing life that many would love to have. I'm now on a mission and HIGHLY motivated to give others a better life.

Simple It's Coffee

ADD/ADHD

As parents, we need to take an active stand. My son has been diagnosed with ADD/OD since the age of 6. Did I notice it long before diagnosis? Yes! I was not willing to place my youngest child on heavy medication. What could be the side effects from long term use. The first side effect? Hallucinations. Yes! My son was clearly stating he was seeing dead ppl with the most upsetting Hallucination!  He came home from school, and stated, "mom, I saw a dead girl in front of the bus, and the driver ran over her, and she waved to me after the bus pulled off." If you think I was freaked out? How do you believe he felt? As his mother, I thought to myself "what have I done to my son?"

Miracles happen to workout if you are really paying attention.  Once we see,
