Nutrition & Healthy Skin

Starting today is when you take charge of your life! Lets begin with the basics. Nutrition, begins with healthy food choices. Did you know that all fruits and vegetables with the colors Yellow, Green, Red & Orange, have certain antioxidants that help you in two ways. One, healthier looking skin, and it begins the cleansing cycle to the body, for weight loss. Yes! Weight Loss. Only the beginning!

I'm focusing today on skin care. Beauty Control Spa has a complete system that did you know? Erases away blemishes, wrinkles, and crows feet. This is a one time a day program. If you wash your face in the morning? Don't wash your face at night. Except to remove makeup. So, when I consult my clients, I explain to exfoliate and wash your face at night. When you get up the next morning, don't wash your face. This creates a loss of top layer of skin, that cannot rejuvenate quickly enough, and drys out the skin.
