Day 15 Going Strong

It is Day 15 with BodyByVi. As a family we are 30 pounds down as a family. We are going strong. 

Personally, I've lost 10 pounds and 4" off my waist. 2" off my thighs. My routine is simple. 

Every morning I drink a shake of my choice, and follow it up with a bottle of water. I wrap myself with Sculpt & Firm, and Firming Spray, and Cling Wrap. I continue to sip on one bottle of Mt Dew, while drinking at least 3 total bottles of water before 2pm.

Lunch is a chilled shake of my flavor choice. Followed by one of those 3 bottles from the day. 

Continue my evening with 2 more bottles of water. The Ab Challenge from BodyByVi. I continue to push every day. My husband has joined the 30 Day Ab Challenge, as well as my youngest son. 

This challenge is filling, easy, and just plain simple to do. Anyone can lose 10 pounds, if that's all that's needed. If you have more to lose? It can be done.
