Begin The Weekend!

It's been a great first week to the New Year. Goals for the weekend are to stay motivated, portion control and focus on you! How? If you haven't ordered your Beauty Control Spa products, maybe you have questions? Blog me or google me. We can chat and answer your questions, + get you started.

Find a local farmers market. Pick up those bright fruits and vegetables, if you haven't done so already. Not everyone likes their fruits and vegetables RAW! I do, but a tip to my progression this week. I placed fresh blueberries and strawberries into plain yogurt. AWESOME! I was full from lunch to dinner off of 1cup.

Finally, focus on you! 15min a day of stretching, 30min of a good Cardio workout 2 hours after dinner. Right before bed I use my complete BC Spa treatment, because this is my time. It's relaxing, and places you in a tranquil setting. You find yourself sleeping better, & waking up more focused, full of energy.
