Why Should I Detox.....

Felt ill lately? Flu and colds are going strong right now. The last thing you desire is to be down and out for a week. It's the beginning of the year, and you set goals. Was those goals to be Healthier In 2015? That's great! One problem. You forgot to Detox. Why do you need to Detox? What is detoxing anyway! These are questions I receive daily. So, I thought I would let everyone know versus continuing to answer each individual's questions. 

During previous years, doctors have been prescribing medications after medications. Whether it is for everyday health concerns or a temporary cold or flu. You have received some type of medication. Let me cover this for those that are going to say, I'm healthy, I just need to lose some weight. No one is ever completely healthy, and in optimal health. I don't like being the bearer of bad news. 

We need to DETOX! Every day for some, and every month for others. How do you determine which one you need. Those of us who take regular medications, we need every day. Those of you who do not take daily medications, and feel they are healthy. You need every month.

Why everyday Detox! You are Intaking daily blood pressure meds, diabetes meds, GERD medications and so forth. These medications build up toxins in your body. Used for a long period of time, build up of stool and toxins in the liver and kidneys continue. All medications either filter thru the Liver first and then dump into the Kidneys. Or, they dump straight into the Kidneys. How harsh is this on your body? So harsh, that over a long period of time, and not detoxing  can create a build up. Hence, you getting sick. Whether it is the flu, or a cold. Even bronchitis and pneumonia occur when not detoxifying the body regularly. Individuals with chronic illness, need to detoxify. Cleansing the Liver, Kidneys and Colon. There are many worse things than Colon Cancer, but let us not go this far. The idea is to bring education and awareness. What about those who declare they are healthy? 

I will reiterate. No one is completely healthy. Each day we wake up, that is another day our internal organs become a day older. Another day that you choose unhealthy eating habits. As well, the drinking of soda to alcohol. Yes! Daily, excessive use of alcohol can destroy the Liver and Kidneys. But WAIT! There are healthy benefits of alcohol. I will discuss those benefits soon. 

Our daily and monthly cleanse Rensa, is the optimal choice to detoxifying. Whether you are a daily, or an every month detoxifier, understanding why is vital. I have touched on medications and alcohol. Let us discuss food! YES! Food! The most favorite part. 

Foods we eat are not necessarily good for us. With our program, we promote how you can still enjoy the foods you love and lose weight. My focus is about eating cleaner, and the benefits to water.
