As I was working out today, I was thinking about how my life has changed unconsciously. I've lost weight, inches, and I've reduced my grocery bill to $80 a week. All these have just happened, due to one change I made 5 months ago.
I took the 90 Day Challenge with intentions of losing 30 pounds. I not only met and exceed that 90 Day Challenge, but I promoted to another level. All without willing trying. The only willingness I had? To lose weight, get healthy, and rid the daily geriatric pills I have to take.
I'm a Cancer Survivor. I've had Lymphatic Leukemia since 2000. I've had 2 rounds of Chemo due to the immune system reducing so low, that I become very I'll. I found out in 2010 I had Thyroid Cancer. I battled that and have held on strong for my family. I have 3 children who kept me fighting for them.
Researching Visalus, I took it, as well as 5 others to my doctors for review. They came back and told me that I could do Visalus only.. I went for it.
Upon receiving my package, I began the journey. I was a 6pk to 12pk a day Mt Dew drinker. Hadn't touched anything else to drink in over 10 years. Only Mt Dew. I smoked a pack of cigerattes a day. I never ate right, keeping my stored fat, continuing to eat the muscle. Destroying my immune system further. Always sick, and battling many illnesses weekly.
Noticing today, as I worked out. Wow! I'm no drinking 6 to 8 bottles of water a day. Can't even get down a Mt Dew. It tastes funny now. I drink my two shakes, and eat 2 healthy snacks, and whatever I want for dinner, and I didn't even think about how much I had changed.
I've been able to rid my pills of Vitamin D, B12 shots, and as of tomorrow? I am looking forward to getting rid of my blood pressure meds, Lasix and Potassium. That would leave me with just 4 meds. My 3 pain meds, and my Priolesec. Wow! That is a huge change for me, and all of it just hit me today while working out.
