Tight & Firm

Over this weekend, I attended, and became certified to be a Personal Spa Therapy Consultant. I'm so proud of myself! It's another part of Nursing that I am looking so forward to achieving. I have worked so hard this weekend to gather information on Health Skin and Nutrition. I'm swarming with information. I cannot wait to share with everyone daily. I'm starting today with Tight & Firm.
