Cold Weather Taking Control?

It's that time of the season.. FALL! With Winter around the corner. That equals Eating! Why? Because it's colder out, and we get that urge to cook all the favorites like Chilli, Stew, Roast, Grilled Cheese and Soup... Etc...

All these foods are high in calories, and we tend to over eat. Sadly, it just taste so good. We lose our ability to portion control and before we know it... We've gained at the minimum, 20 pounds by Christmas. 

Christmas comes around, we think, no problem. At the beginning of the year, I'll go on a diet. We begin, and then we just don't follow through. Why put yourself through that.
