Why So Fast?

Tonight I was driving my husband to get his car worked on, and I realized maybe my husband is right. It's a Friday night, and the town is crazy! What is going on! WHAT'S THE RUSH! 

I get it! Our lives are so hectic that we do not know how to slow down. We get up at 4:30am. At the gym by 5:00am. At work by 6:30am. Start work at 7:00am. Busy, and on the go with stress from work until 5:00pm. Pick up kids from day care by 6:00pm. Go to the grocery store and get dinner. Go home and serve dinner by 9pm. Kids in the bath tub, and off to bed. It is 10pm and your now winding down. One hour before bed. What to do with that hour. Hmm.........
Question is.... How do I slow down, and find more me time. 

Let's start by taking some time out for ourselves during the day. Not just Saturday and Sunday. We get our morning workout in, and that's great!  How about some you time during lunch? Or before picking up the kids? There is always time to take out of our day to just be us. If you are unable to find the time, and you keep going. This is what can occur. 

Men are more apt to get a Heart Attck. Women are more apt to Mental Health concerns. Women are more likely to turn to food, and emotionally over eat. Men have the same tendency. Women & Men are both susceptible to Ulcers. How do we change the demise to our Health? Simple! 

Make more time! Time is valuable. Time is peace. Time is patience. Our Health is a priority. So is our sanity! 

Not receicing and feeling that Anxiety of life? It's time to slow down. Take our time to get that peace of mind that we so need out of life. Patience is a huge focus. Our next topic. Until then...... work on receive more time, and slow down. Ode is once. LIVE IT STRESS FREE!
