Living Healthy

Do you try your best to eat healthy? Do you still have problems losing the excess weight? Are you like me? Muffin top? Or do you have more to lose than a Muffin top? Either way? The goal is to be healthy. Not everyone has the ability to be supermodel skinny. In fact, if you are pushing yourself for that look? It's just unrealistic, and not healthy.

Obesity is a growing epidemic. Our children sit around and play videos, eat unhealthy, and drink anything but water. Just with switching from soda to water, you can drop 10 pounds. Not that easy though. I know. I use to drink 8 bottles of Mt Dew a day. Never drank water for 8 years. Now? I cannot drink a full bottle of Mt Dew, and all I crave is water.

With Visalus, the weight melts off. I am not able to workout due to severe back issues. I've been through physical therapy, and I'm not a candidate for surgery. At the age of 42, I've had my left knee replaced, and my health has deteriorated due to not being healthy. High blood pressure, Migraines, etc...

I started Visalus back in Sept. Finished my first 90 Day Challenge. Working on my second 90 Day Challenge. I have 20 more pounds to lose and be within my BMI. It's not too late to get started.

I still enjoyed Thanksgiving and did not gain a pound. I've learned better portion control and to drink a bottle of water after each meal. With that, I don't have any cravings for sweets, or to over eat. My life has changed. For the better, and with my weight coming down. I'm able to take the pressure off my back, and legs. Keeping another knee surgery out of the picture.

I ask that you look at your current health. If you are over weight and not healthy. Smoke? And want to stop, but afraid of gaining weight? I encourage you to not only get healthier for you. Set an example for your children and other children. They will follow your lead.

Random Act Of Kindness

The story of Christmas is one that is not only Beautiful, but Magical. I adore sitting around the Holidays and spreading my love of Christmas to my kids. I have children ages 21, 20, 17, 17, & 15... Two in college, and 3 at home. It's tradition to put the tree up and let the kids decorate while I write down things they would like for Christmas.

Each year, my children take one gift and donate it to a charity. This year, as a family, we are going to donate money to the local food pantry. The children are hosting their own Personal Spa, taking all their profits, and will have a check cut for the local Wentzville Food Pantry. I thought that was such a nice idea, that my BeautiControl team is going to do a similar project for Christmas.

The kids have decorated the tree. It's beautiful as always. They have chosen to sell BC Nail Polish and Makeup. I look forward to their desire to help our local community.

As for my Team? I'm offering an online Spa starting December 6, 2013, to December 15th, 2013. Daily offers, and Savings for the all profits to go to the Local Wentzville MO Food Pantry. They help serve over 1000 families a month. Anything helps these families. Christmas is about giving. It is my Teams first year with BC, and all our BC family would love to do, is give back.

Find your heart, and help give back to a local community Food Bank. Giving a Family a Christmas dinner may be all they receive. And that means more to them, than any toy. Spread the word of Christ in Christmas.

Thank you, Michelle Ralls 🎅🎄
