Yogurt Please!

Why Yogurt? Yogurt carries live and active cultures. So why is this important? Your body needs a healthy amount of "good" bacteria. Yogurt carries Probiotics. And what are they? Living organisms "for life", that assists in healthy digestive tract and improving your immune system.

Every 6oz of Yogurt you eat carries 9g of protein, daily amounts required of Calcium, B2, B12, Potassium, & Magnesium. This assist in prevention of Osteoporosis, increased Bone Mass, reduces the risk of High Blood Pressure by 50%, reduces the risk of H.pylori, and Yeast Infections.

Eating yogurt reduces the desire to want to "just eat". If constipation is an issue? Add 1 TBsp of Flaxseed to give you 3g of Fiber and 2g of Omega 3. (Read prior post on Omega 3.) eating your yogurt today?
