90 Days and Counting

This morning our family did their weigh in. We all went our ways this morning. I have a few things to pick up. Things to add (healthy) to the meals they would like like to have with their shakes. Vegetables, and fruits, yogurts... All easy items to retrieve. 

They are all, as all I, deciding how much weight they want to lose. Jars are set up and decorated with "Pounds to lose", and "Lost Weight".... Everyone is excited! 

With that said. Everyone has their own bottle of Sculpt & Firm, and Firming Spray. As a family, we sat down and worked out times to apply the Sculpt & Firm and Firming Spray, since it has energy boosters in them. 

Our first post will go up tomorrow morning. We cannot wait to get people to join us, and start a healthy revolution. You don't have to give up everything to this program. There are cereals, to give you the morning breakfast you love, it just is not as fattening, and not full of calories to add fat. It's to give you lean muscle.  So, if you want your breakfast, have some BodyBiVi Cereal, and a 1/2 shake. Morning made, and weight loss with lean muscle. Why not. 

Need a snack? I've got the cookies. Yes! My kids always like to snack. Not on all good things either. Now? There are no other ways, but the healthy way.

It's an awesome day! It's so much fun to do this with a friend, family, or the determination of your own. You have nothing to lose... But weight! 

Find your motivation. It's inside you. Search yourself, and now that your either healthy or not. We are either happy as we are, and that's GREAT! I promote loving who you are. Some of us really just want note from ourselves. Some of us have health issues and we know we just need to do something. So, I ask again. What's your motivation. 

This program is simple! Simply decide what kind of shake you want to drink that day. What meal your going to replace. Remember, doesn't have to be the same everyday. You can change things up. There are recipes to make different shakes. There are recipes to make cookies and meals with the shake. This is a never get bored with losing weight program. 

Determination is set by you. If you know that you are more motivated by a friend? Then by all means. Do it together. If you are more of a person that's determined to make it work for you by your ability to stand alone? I say go for it! 

Join our mission. To scale down the ratio of obesity. I see people come in daily to my work, and they just have no clue how their bad habits in eating, placed them in the situation they are in today. It's interesting to listen to them and their denial. 

We can change all that. Especially for our current generation and the future of those.  Are you ready?
